The day of your visit

Please come to the entrance that is marked “Urgent Care.” Sign in at the registration desk when you arrive. You’ll be called up to the desk to be registered shortly. If you need a translator, please be sure to tell the receptionist when you check in.

To make a medical records request

To request a copy of your child's or your own medical record, click on one of the languages below. Once the form is completed you can mail in your request or fax it to us at (617) 779-1269. If you have any questions about your request, please call our Clinical Information Systems Department at (617) 254-3800, ext. 1970.

Where we're located

Franciscan Pediatrics is conveniently located at the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton. The office is located across the street from Brighton Marine Center and just down the street from Brighton High School and St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.
