KDS Front PageKennedy Day School offers a unique combination of integrated special education, therapeutic and health services to students, ages 3 to 22, with multiple, intensive special needs and challenges. Individual student needs in areas such as communication, mobility, motor control, vision, hearing, cognition and/or fragile health are addressed by each student’s interdisciplinary team.

From preschool to high school, small and supportive class groupings offer remedial and compensatory instructional strategies and integrate a full array of specialized services. Individualized Educational Program (IEP) plans for each student are developed through cooperative planning with the student’s family and sending school district to address the unique needs of the learner.
