Rehabilitation Unit

Through a variety of individuals, foundations and corporate donors, we have been able to renovate a good portion of our Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit. This unit houses children recovering from catastrophic illnesses or injuries, as well as family members.

The renovations provided critically needed physical improvements, including patient rooms, staff rooms and play areas.

Pictured below are the Starlight Toys R Us Playroom and the "Lizard Lounge," on the unit.

The Lizard Lounge is a teen play area that is equipped with state-of-the-art, handicapped accessible play/learning technology.

The Starlight Toys R Us playroom is a state-of-the-art playroom that was recently unveiled in a ribbon cutting ceremony.
